Happy Friday! I hope you guys are warm and safe, because it's looking a lotttt like winter today! Before we all get snowed in, I wanted to share some flicks from an
AMAZING event I attended yesterday, hosted by New York University. It was a conversation focusing on the work that needs to be done to combat the many issues that are still present today. Reverend Al Sharpton, Melodie Barnes, Keith Boykin, Michaela Angela Davis, and Susan Taylor were among some of the riveting conversationalists.
This was hands down the most influential event i've ever attended. The messages that were relayed moved me to want to take the entire world on, head first. It reminded me how change does not happen without the love and unity of people, all kinds of people, towards one common good. Amazing!
